The i-wize Satisfaction Guarantee
At i-wize, we are committed to providing our customers with a great investing experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your i-wize account, we will do everything we can to make it right, up to and including waiving i-wize’s management fees for the next 90 days.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with i-wize’s services, at your request i-wize will waive its asset‑based advisory and brokerage fees for an upcoming period of 90 days. This guarantee only applies to the fees charged by i-wize. No other fees, expenses, or market losses will be waived or reimbursed under this guarantee, including, but not limited to, the fees charged by issuers of particular securities and the fees charged by third-party advisors in the i-wize Advisor Network. i-wize reserves the right to discontinue or modify this guarantee in the future at any time in its sole discretion. This guarantee does not apply to accounts held through the i-wize for Advisors or i-wize for Business platforms.
